Whitney Whatley – Group Fitness Instructor My classes are designed to challenge you, support you, and help you move better — in a space that’s high-energy, music-driven, and welcoming to all fitness levels. Since 2018, I’ve led a variety of fitness formats including Turbo Kick, HIIT, strength training, circuit, core, and more. What matters most to me is creating an environment where you actually want to show up — where the music is motivating, the energy is real, and every workout leaves you feeling stronger and more capable.
If you're looking for a solid workout and investing your time wisely in a space that fuels your mindset and your movement — you're in the right place. Let’s get to work.

I am a retired educator, and my husband and I have lived in Sidney for 40 years. We have 4 kids and 7 grandkids. Spin is an enjoyable heart heathy activity for any age and fitness level. We also play pickleball right after class, and all are welcome to join the fun!

I love teaching, I love exercising, and I love my participants! I really enjoy the fun we have while improving our health. Classes are designed to make workouts as easy or challenging as you would like. I always offer modifications throughout workouts, so you decide how hard you want to work! When you attend my classes I want you to feel strong, capable, and successful.
I have certifications in Yoga, SH1FT & L1FT, PiYo. For the past 12 years of being an instructor at CCCC, I have taught a variety of classes for a broad range of participants.
Teaching yoga is my favorite thing to do. Yoga is the ultimate workout! You work out not only the body, but your mind. The style I teach is vinyasa yoga where it links breath to movement creating a flowing sequence of poses. I love that we push our limits far beyond our capacities. That is what fitness has taught me through the years. I hope to pass this love of fitness to others.
