I am a passionate preschool teacher with over 14 years of experience in nurturing young minds. I firmly believe that the early years are some of the most crucial in a child's life—it's during this time that curiosity flourishes, confidence starts to develop, and a lifelong love of learning takes root. Being a part of that journey is a true privilege. My teaching philosophy revolves around fostering a joyful and nurturing environment where each child feels safe, supported, and inspired to explore. I advocate for hands-on, play-based learning that is filled with wonder. As Albert Einstein famously stated, “Play is the greatest form of research,” and I witness this truth come alive in my classroom every day. One of my favorite activities involves reading stories with my students, bringing them to life through movement, voices, puppetry, and imaginative play. This approach not only ignites creativity but also enhances language skills and makes learning truly memorable. My aim is to ensure that their initial learning journey is not only educational but also exciting, magical, and filled with joy. When I'm not in the classroom, you can often find me embracing the great outdoors or supporting my three children as they participate in their various activities. Whether I'm camping, lending a hand on the family farm, or cherishing special moments with my loved ones, I infuse the same enthusiasm and passion for learning, as well as love for our community and the families within it.
